• Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

     Delivery Time

• Standard delivery time is 5–7 business days depending on your location.

• Remote or village areas may take 1–2 days extra.

     Shipping Method

• We use trusted courier services for safe and timely delivery.

• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID on WhatsApp/SMS/Email.

     Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to:

• Festivals or public holidays

• Extreme weather

• Courier partner issues

• Incorrect address provided by customer

Bhoma Ayurvedic is not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners.

     Wrong / Damaged Order

If you receive a damaged, leaked, or wrong product, inform us within 24 hours with clear photos/videos.
We will provide a replacement only (No Refund).

     Address Accuracy

Customers must provide a correct and complete address.
Bhoma is not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address entered by the buyer.
